Premier Suites Dublin March 2007
I would like to pass on my thoughts about the service I have received at Premier Suites Dublin, Stephens Hall in Lower Leeson Street.
I have been living here since October 2006 for almost 6 months. During these six months, the staff have been absolutely fantastic and I wanted to pass on my appreciation for this. All too often these days, people are very quick to complain but not so quick to say thank you and I wanted to break the mould. In my experience, the staff have always been friendly, cheerful and quick to help in case of any problems (of which there have been very few). It really has been a home away from home for me during this time.
I have written a letter of thanks to the staff directly but would like for you to pass on my congratulations to the appropriate people within Prem Group for providing such good service.
Many, many thanks and keep up the good work.
Liverpool - March 2008
Just a quick note to give you some feedback on my stay. I travel a lot in my job both in Australia and the UK. The Premier Apartments in Liverpool were one of the most comfortable, well designed accommodations I have stayed in. While my stay was quite short, all of the front of house staff that I encountered were polite and seemed keen to assist me with anything I required.
I do not travel to Liverpool specifically on any sort of regular basis, but when I do happen to travel in your vicinity again I will definitely book with you.

Birmingham - December 2005
The accommodation- perfectly placed and in great condition.
The staff are very friendly and gave clear instructions on arrival, the apartment was well sized for the price, clean, and had pretty much everything you could want for a short stay.
A few minutes walk from the Bull Ring shopping area home to the likes of Selfridges.
A stones throw from Premier Apartments there are a number of 'trendy' bars. My partner and I, in our late 20's, visited one or two but were turned away for being too casual – so watch out!
Well worth staying at and much better value than other hotels I have stayed at in the area.
Dublin - September 2005
I just returned from Dublin where we stayed at the Premier Apartments Dublin. Having read the reviews here and finding I needed 2 bedroom apt (we were taking my daughter and her friend), I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. We had essentially a fully appointed 2 bedroom apt complete with small kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one full, one queen), 2 bathrooms and a living room/dining area combo. Our room faced a pretty landscaped courtyard and had a nice balcony for enjoying the view. Beds were comfy and bathrooms and entire apt was very clean. The courtyard is secured by a key controlled fence so it was very secure.
Manchester - June 2005
Wonderful self-contained apartment hotel. Close to everything. Staff very helpful and friendly. First choice when I return to Manchester. I have recommended this place to family members - need I say more? Very reasonable rates.
Nottingham - September 2005
Stayed here several times now, loved how close it was to town and the fact that parking was there! felt like your own apartment!
Bargain prices aswell, it was nice to cook pizza and whack a dvd on, the next day after a hard night out! Beds were very comfy aswell and the shower was very large!
Definitely stay here again!
Bristol - January 2008
I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making our stay in Bristol this weekend memorable, we had a great time and the apartments just made it feel that more special.
The service we received was excellent and we were extremely impressed with the apartments/service and will be using you again and recommending premier apartments to our friends and family.
